We ship all around the world! However, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Any delays arising from customs are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible.


We typically process orders in 1-3 days, and orders with custom items in 3-5 days. Orders are shipped and delivered domestically within 3-5 business days after processing. However, please note that shipping times can vary slightly, especially during the holiday season. Please allow extra time for international orders.


We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a separate email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking information and it’s been over 5 business days, please reach out to customerservice@bellaberrydesigns.com


If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. For a flat rate of $5, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate your return.

Personalized items are final sale, but please reach out to customerservice@bellaberrydesigns.com if there’s an issue with your order.


For items that are eligible for personalization, there will be a box above the “Add to cart” button where you can type in custom text, like a name. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.


Please note that product colors may appear differently on different monitors, mobile devices, tablets, etc. We do our absolute best to depict the color in our photography, but we are not responsible for colors appearing slightly different in person.
